2nd Encore: My Death, All the Young Dudes
Basic set as in Tokyo, again minus Oxford Town, Baby Universal and Teenage Wildlife. David
made a very interesting intro to A Small Plot of Land tonight which featured him banging on a
small gong that made a delicate 'ching' sound. Bowie spoke the usual intro and the song then
followed as normal. For the first encore David introduced a new song called Telling Lies never
performed before and not yet released. The Japanese seemed to like it with it's jungle beat.

My Death was a little jazzier tonight and a bit longer than in Tokyo, the first verse still acapella
and again excellent. Bowie was enthusiastic for All the Young Dudes, shouting "You, You, You"
much to the fans delight, stroking a few lucky hands. One fan gave him a bouquet of flowers
after the song. A touching moment.

This venue was much smaller than the Budokan in Tokyo, only holding about 3000 people.
This made it seem a more intimate affair which added a little atmosphere to the show.
Another great Japanese gig.
